Digital Designer - Baby Brand
At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector.
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join one of our portfolio brands. This brand in our portfolio is a beloved and well-known baby goods company with more than 1.5 million Instagram followers.
This position is full time in our London office.

What You'll Do
- Design content for various marketing channels, with a focus on social media ads
- Prepare images and videos from external providers for use on our marketing channels, including cropping/retouching and editing videos
- Assist in mocking up web design changes for A/B tests
- Coordinate the production of photo and video content with external providers
- Create engaging content (both images and videos) on a regular basis (note: we are not looking for super polished branded content but rather more UGC/Tiktok-style content)

- A tertiary degree holder
- Fluent English speaker
- You have a fantastic eye for design!
- You have a strong passion for digital brand building
- You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
- You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
- You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease
- You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
- Bonus: you are our target customer yourself (millennial/Gen Z mother)! Not a requirement though :)
Note: we do not require formal design training or experience with Photoshop, etc. for this role. The most important thing is an innate sense of aesthetic and balance that matches ours.
Bonus
- You have prior experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator (if you don't, it's okay - we'll teach you)
- You are a strong writer and can write compelling marketing copy
