We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Merchandising Associate to join one of our $100 million portfolio brands.
This is a full-time position based in our Hong Kong office.

What You May Do (subject to skills and business needs at the time)
- Assist in curating and selecting product assortments that align with customer preferences and current trends.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging product displays, both digitally and in-store.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to keep our product offering relevant and on-trend.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer engagement data to identify top-performing items and areas for improvement.
- Work with vendors to secure product samples, collaborate on packaging ideas, and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns by coordinating merchandising efforts with the marketing team.
- Generate reports on sales performance and customer trends to inform and improve merchandising strategies.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or early-career professional
- A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to blend aesthetic intuition with data-driven insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Strong communication skills
