With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector.

We are seeking an exceptional influencer marketing leader to spearhead the influencer marketing strategy across all brands within our portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone with deep experience building influencer programmes that drive both brand equity and commercial results. You will set the global direction, build scalable systems, and lead teams across brands and markets.
 

This position is full time in one of our offices in New York, London or Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global influencer marketing strategy across all Peak 21 brands
  • Oversee influencer strategy across various channels and emerging platforms, maintaining a consistently successful influencer framework across the group (strategy, processes, KPIs, tools), while allowing for brand-level flexibility
  • Maximize the profitability and performance of each brand’s influencer marketing through intelligent strategy and considered execution
  • Own measurement frameworks: attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV impact
  • Build, manage, and mentor brand-level influencer teams (in-house and/or agency), setting clear expectations, operating rhythms, and performance standards across markets
  • Own budget allocation and ROI, applying rigorous analytics and business intelligence to connect influencer output to wider group revenue uplift
  • Act as the senior influencer expert internally, partnering with branding, growth, creative, paid marketing and ecommerce leaders 
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, creator economics, and regulatory requirements
 

Who You Are

  • You have 8+ years of experience and demonstrated success scaling influencer marketing in comparable D2C/retail brands
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven influencer marketing 
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating with autonomy
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • You are analytical and are great at making data-driven decisions
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
  • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
  • You are approachable and personable with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Bonus point if you already have a strong, active personal network of influencers and agency contacts
